Belami has known Mitran Vakil since 1985, when he first started at the company. He is a Chemical Engineer who graduated from the Institute of Chemical Technology in Mumbai, which used to be called UDCT. Over the years, Mr. Mitran has steered Belami to the levels it has achieved thanks to his expertise in chemistry and chemical processes and leadership skills combined. Thanks to him, Belami has become a powerhouse in chemical manufacturing.
Pallavi Vakil
Ms. Pallavi Vakil, who has been with Belami since the early 1990s, has a truly unique perspective thanks to her upbringing in Kobe, Japan. Her Japanese background has really shaped the way she works, with a strong commitment to excellence and a meticulous attention to detail. As the person in charge of customer relations for Belami and its clients across Asia, she has been able to forge many lasting connections in the industry thanks to her warmth and genuine nature.
Nikkitasha Kothari
With 13+ years of experience across diverse fields, Ms. Nikkitasha Kothari has gone from teaching and training young minds at a business college to applying financial theory in the real world—managing portfolios, building investment strategies, and offering consulting services in marketing, finance, and business operations. She brings an exciting energy to Belami Fine Chemicals working with both fresh talent and seasoned professionals. A people-oriented leader who thrives in the dynamic environment of the Chemicals world. Nikkitasha is the head of international marketing, sales and export operations.
Nihar Vakil
Mr. Nihar Vakil, Chemical and Bio-Molecular Engineer with degrees from The Ohio State University in the United States, joined Belami in 2020. His arrival signalled a transformative period for the company, marked by his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to progress. With over a decade of international experience gained from working in both the US and the UK, Nihar brings a global perspective to Belami, fostering innovation and driving growth. His strategic vision and mission for the company have propelled Belami forward, positioning it as a dynamic force in the chemical manufacturing landscape.
